Warranty

6 month structural guarantee - tested with 2 people and weight limit of 200Kg. The faux leather material is guaranteed to retain its beauty for years as long as you clean it with just water or a very mild soap. Should you experience any problems with your material, foam or other upholstery detailing during the first 3 months due to natural wear, we will cover material costs and labour costs for the repair. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Accidental damage is not covered however we will happily quote for the repair.

Payments

Your purchase cannot be refunded once it has gone through as TantriXofa's are made to order. Our pre-made sofa's still have to be processed, prepared and checked for delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted unless there is a warranty issue.

Privacy

When you make a purchase from us or make an enquiry your details will not be shared with anyone outside of TantriXofa Ltd and will only be used to coordinate your purchase.

Delivery

Due to the shape, size and weight of the TantriXofa we can only offer a special delivery service. Price dependant on location. We will liaise with you the most convenient time to deliver and keep you updated with your build. Collection is also welcome from our workshop in Kent.

Upholstery

We work with Angel Upholsterers Ltd - www.angelupholsterers.co.uk based in Kent, UK. They are members of AMUSF - Each AMUSF Upholsterer or Soft Furnisher will have had their work, premises and insurances thoroughly vetted at the time of application to ensure they operate to a standard that maintains the integrity of the craft. This process is repeated periodically by visits from AMUSF Directors and Staff to ensure those high standards are maintained.
